Publication Fee Policy

Pakistan Horizon does not charge any publication, processing, or submission fee at any stage of the review or publication process. The journal is funded entirely by The Pakistan Institute of International Affairs (PIIA), drawing from its own resources, membership fees, donations, subscriptions to the journal, and revenue generated through its accreditation with JSTOR, the world's largest digital archive of scholarly journals.
